Grillstonz came about as a result of my father’s interest in tribal cooking of the Native Americans who ate food that was freshly gathered or caught and simply prepared. His interest in primitive cooking led him to develop a 12 x 12 stone over an open fire to prepare simple meats and vegetables. As he brought this Native American heritage to our table, he was compelled to share it with the world, so he developed Grillstonz—the ultimate grilling accessory. Grillstonz is now available in 11” ½ x 16” x ¾” thick size, ideal for most modern grills.
